BODY WORLDS 3 at The Leonardo needed for 3 to 6 months
Opportunity Description: Volunteer Experience of a Lifetime ! Beginning September 19, The Leonardo will host the most successful touring exhibit of all time: Gunther von Hagens' BODY WORLDS 3: The Original Exhibition of Real Human Bodies & The Story of The Heart. BODY WORLDS 3 features more than 200 authentic human specimens, including full-body plastinates in life-like poses that highlight the staggeringly complex network of muscles, bones, tendons and blood vessels that make up our bodies. BODY WORLDS exhibits have attracted more than 25 million people in 45 countries. Hosted by The Leonardo and presented by University Health Care, BODY WORLDS will be on display in the old library in downtown Salt Lake City. Beginning immediately, The Leonardo needs enthusiastic volunteers to fill the following positions: call center staff, floor staff, guest services, gallery guides and event coordinators. If you are interested in being part of the biggest exhibit in Utah history, please send an email to volunteer@theleonardo.org, or complete an online application at http://theleonardo.org/bodyworlds/get-involved/.
Total Number of Volunteers Needed: 15
